Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the product when requesting a return.

Refunds

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to process.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
